Terms of service
These terms apply when you use the SpinScrub Home website and buy from us. By placing an order you agree to them. "We" and "us" means SpinScrub Home; "you" means the customer.
Our store
Our store is hosted on Shopify, which provides the online platform and checkout. Products are fulfilled and shipped by our US fulfillment partner.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live, to place an order. You agree to give accurate contact, shipping and payment information.
Products and descriptions
We try to describe products and show photos accurately. Colors and details can vary slightly from what you see on screen. Specifications come from the manufacturer. Always test a cleaning head on a small, hidden spot first, and follow the included instructions. Don't submerge the scrubber's display or upper body in water.
Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars and can change at any time before you order. Applicable sales tax is shown at checkout. We may cancel and fully refund an order if a price or listing error is found, if an item is out of stock, or if we suspect fraud.
Shipping, returns and refunds
Shipping is covered by our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are covered by our Refund Policy. Both are part of these terms.
Your use of the site
Don't misuse the site. This includes trying to break its security, scraping it, or using it for anything illegal. Site content (text, images, logos) belongs to us or our licensors and can't be reused without permission.
Warranties and liability
Apart from the rights in our Refund Policy and any rights you have under law, products and the site are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that you have under applicable consumer law and that can't be waived.
Privacy
How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version posted when you place an order applies to that order.
